New Orleans Claims Association (NOCA) is the local chapter of the Louisiana Claims Association (LCA), a pivotal organization uniting professionals in the claims industry. Our members include insurance agents, claims representatives, third-party administrators, industrial relations managers, risk managers, administrators of self-insurance programs, defense attorneys, private investigators, and all personnel involved in the handling of insurance claims.

NOCA is dedicated to promoting the highest ethical and professional claims handling standards in the insurance industry through leadership in education, member/chapter coordination and support.
NOCA is managed by a Board of Directors who each serve for terms of one year. To meet the 2025-2026 Board, you can navigate to our Board of Directors page here.
Members have the opportunity to connect with fellow insurance professionals and earn continuing education credits. Additional benefits include eligibility for your child or grandchild to apply for the NOCA Scholarship, as well as discounts on luncheons, events, and registration for LCA's Annual Conference.
To become a member of NOCA, you must join the State Association here and select NOCA as your local chapter. The total cost of membership is $85 plus a small convenience fee.
NOCA welcomes all attendees, regardless of membership status. Please just RSVP by emailing info@neworleansclaims.org or pay via the link on our Upcoming Events page. Please be advised, there are increased luncheon/event fees for non-members and walk-ins.
NOCA has 10 meetings between August and May in the form or luncheons or special events. You can view our calendar of events here. We take a break in June and July so that members can enjoy their summer and the new Board can plan for the upcoming year.
Want to get more involved? Nominations for the Board are accepted throughout the year and, if necessary, runoff elections are held at our April luncheon. To nominate yourself or someone else, please email info@neworleansclaims.org.
